Question for current employees who post here- Why post here rather than voice your frustrations at work? Are you worried that there will be negative backlash? Is the response different based on what leader you have? It is better for me, but maybe just my team.

This OP is cute- you know damn well why we post here
If you complain you get blackballed. The management know what is wrong, so us complaining really adds no value as they already know where we are off. Once you voice your concerns you are considered a 'problem' and you may become a target.
I've complained before and the mgmt never did anything about it. On the contrary, they made an extra effort to demonstrate to me that I was wrong and that my concerns made no sense.
I realized that I need to stay quiety.
Sayonara.
I have heard stories, but any recently?
Do you know how many people got fired for raising concerns? Guess what... After the 3rd, you just keep your head's down.
Surely you remember the first glint survey where the ELT promised to improve on the points raised. How's that going? The reality is leadership only wants to hear feedback that supports their agenda. Anything else is ignored or will get your name added to the next layoff list, so why bother?
