Those social butterflies who volunteer everywhere and who are involved in every event in some way - I wonder where do they get the time to do that? Clearly, volunteering is a roadmap for climbing up the social ladder, but where do they get the time to do it if they are as dedicated to their work as they say they are? Other hard workers can't afford to volunteer because they don't have any time for that.

stop talking about hard workers, talk about people making extraordinary contributions. the fastest ditch digger in the world, while appreciated, doesn't impact society nearly as much as brilliant engineer that may only need 4-5 hours a day to make major contributions
