The harder we work the more they abuse us and take advantage of us. No matter how hard we work and how much we do, we're always expected to do more. When will it be enough? I think most of us are on the verge of complete burnout. I know I'm not the only one who's considering leaving over this.

R&D is in deplorable condition. The internal systems are all on the brink of failure. The antivirus tool prevents anyone from doing actual work. People foolish enough to keep hanging on are reaching their breaking point. When will this house of cards fall?
Just get out.
