What I was experiencing here coming from the manager was a bunch of nonsense. Are these people even aware of where they work and what condition this company is in? With their behavior and horrible treatment of employees, they may briefly satisfy their ego, but in the long run they participate in further degrading of the company in which they make their livelihoods. Thanks to their lavish "talent" (or lack thereof) I don't believe they could easily find a job outside of Giant Eagle, so by harassing employees they are actually cutting the branch they are sitting on.

They realize. They just don’t care. If they cared that would cost money.
I know. And the other day someone took a dump on the floor. I don't understand how no one could have seen it. I feel like I work in a nursing home.
