And what's really sad is not only is the "Good Times" cast of staff in the call center of management and permanent fixtures staying, they are following protocol and giving a damn. This company is basically in the Sears stage of when they had 17 stores left and these people are monitoring calls and training. I can only think of it being a power trip because they know when the ship sinks they will not have the same power at a new company.
F them. I came back for seasonal help only to be trained for a week for Valentine's only to be put on hold after a month. Didn't even raise a competitive hourly wage like every other company in the universe. Have a great mother's day y'all and good luck getting this computer back.
