Rumor has it CF will be closing once the Malaysia plant is built? Any truth to this?

Employees had meetings for ALL shifts. Hours are cut for full time 40 hours down to 32 hours. Absolutely no overtime and can only clock in within 5 minutes before a shift starts. This is only supposed to last 8 weeks. They are also telling all employees to either use pto or unemployment for the week of memorial day. They will be closed that week. Everyone is worried.
