Q is giving out more RSUs says Q is not the top payer in the 🍊 field.
Furthemore, if Q RSUs were worth anything they wouldn't need to give out more either.

Qualcomm employs 45000 people for $36b revene. But Broadcom employs only 25000 people for $30b revenue. Qualcomm is very inefficient and lots of VPs create the useless tasks. Qualcomm should repair the current matrix structure of organization. There are too many fats in every organization and they are toxic and doing nothing. There is no central tower to justify the hiring need and resource requirements at Qualcomm. Basically you can hire as many as possible if you can convince few people in organization.
It costs YOU real money at the end of the day.
Qualcomm is paying too of the line for a commodity product! Who are you compare Qualcomm to? Apple? Google? Nvidia? Qualcomm is not an innovative tech company. Qualcomm produces oranges 🍊…. If you are as innovative and a top tier engineer as you think you are - Go to a start up or create a start up and prove it! But you make yourself look silly for not even knowing what business you are in

No matter how you received rsu or not, it is not a big deal. Qualcomm stock has been useless so long. History knows it. It will be useless forever.

I am not exactly sure why some are so negative. QC is 8th largest semi by market cap and that includes TSMC and ASML and is very much in top tier semi. Sure we have not done as well as Nvdia, but QC is not a slug either.

Wealth gap between qcom employees and other semiconductor companies is very wide. It is clearly a waste if we stay longer. Nowadays, it is extremely challenging to bring good people. Wall streets treat qualcomm products as commodity and qualcomm management as a garbage. Otherwise, qualcomm stock will be traded at least at the PE of 20.
Q stock is a loser. They should give us a larger amount of RSUs to compensate for that.

The amount of rsu is so tiny. In addition, qualcomm stock is one of the worst performing stock in Nasdaq. So far qualcomm rsu was useless and many of us lost a great chance of making money in bull market. Folks in Broadcom, Apple, Nvidia, and Amd made tons of money because of rsu. Qualcomm completely missed the opportunity in bull market due to litigation and poor management. Just bad luck.
