Actually an 11th circuit panel heard or-l arguments regarding lifting the nationwide injunction on the 8th. There should be a ruling on that any day now.
The or-l arguments are available for listening on the 11th's website, the ruling will also be published there.
This case is based on the filing federal contractors feeling that they are burdened by the mandate. This case, nor the CMS case have even touched on the concerns of the employees. That's another bunch of lawsuits in itself.
It is indeed far from over.
But ALSO understand, that the CMS mandate was allowed to stand due to the availability of religious exemptions, you can rest assured that UP's draconian RE policy resulting in mass denials will not stand up to SCOTUS scrutiny.
The federal contractor mandate is supposed to be taken on by the Supreme Court sometime soon. Old news if you ask me but it's not totally dead yet
This is not the fed contractor mandate this is the fed employee mandate...
With abilities such as this you are no doubt upper management.
Who cares. We’ve moved on past Covid. Wear 3 diapers on your face and hide in your closet if you’re scared
Good.
