Expected layoffs to happen in the middle of May2022 estimated to be about 65% of company. They are keeping people around telling them if they don't have a place they can interview at the main company. People have already interviewed and nobody has gotten a new job.

Round 2 happened on February 22, 2023 after they assured they were done with layoffs. The heart and soul of Tripwire are truly gone at this point. gutted. Good luck
If HelpSystems does 75 day reviews of each of their acquisitions, guess who's up next.

Help Systems, without all the great people who made Tripwire what you purchased is a $350 million dollar tu-d. Have fun trying to figure it out. You can't without the people you let go.
It's the money behind HelpSystems one should consider. They are not able to buy all this stuff on their own.
Bump. any news?
There won't be a payoff at the end of the rainbow here people. Everyone in my area is looking for another job outside of Helpsystems. The way they have been going about the acquisition is just plain stupid. They have completely alienated the staff and everyone wants to bail but are hoping to get some kind of severance. I really would not bet on it. These guys are cheap and will use you up and kick you to the curb.
I have actually heard it’s going to be even more. I know an executive there that has said she has only been told to look at their jobs page and if she see”s anything she might qualify for she can apply. Nobody has been in the office for two years and everyone expects the office to close. Helpsystems is showing how not to acquire a company.
