Words from a true leader... Leading to serve oneself instead of others.
Good employees leave and eventually service continues to erode and all good customers start running for the exit.
Why would JP care? He is guaranteed a golden parachute!
Anyone that is on any critical team has to start running towards the exit together. Let's make JP swallow his own words.
JP, such a POS go down with the ainking ship
Please offshore the entire dysfunctional leadership team and instead spend the savings investing in competent talent.
If it is not plainly evident by now, they are clueless.
Run, don't walk, to the exit.
Does that sort of comment honestly surprise you as coming from any of the leadership? Their comments are usually along the lines of "if you aren't tough enough to handle it...then get out"...and..."this isn't for the faint of heart". As though you are somehow weak or inferior if you leave. More like the smart one! Run...don't walk...to the first decent exit you can find!
