With all these deficiencies, you can't help but look good in comparison.

Our store manager has us attend three different conference calls every Monday. First we sit through a call where we are told how great every new program and initiative is and then listen to people who don't work in stores share how much they like them. Meanwhile, we sit around in disbelief wondering where our store is supposed to come up with people and time to do all of the extra stuff these leaders are coming up with.

Next we sit through the regional call where we get criticized for everything that's not going well along with less than helpful examples of how to improve our results from the usual kiss up store and district leaders.

Lastly we have to attend the district call where its anyone's guess on what we will be spending an hour listening about. Our favorite is when its a full 60 minutes on things that make us sad. Last week we talked about the Ukraine, not sure what a bunch of retail people have to do with what's going on there has to do with the ton of open jobs or customers who complain about everything in our store. But, hey its a full hour of watching store managers cry on a Teams call, so there's that.
