Be honest, how loyal are you to Macy's?

I am as loyal to Macy’s as Macy’s is loyal to their employees. I use to care but no longer. You just have to walk away from the incompetent management. Treat these id--ts the way you are treated.
I now follow managements poor example. Smile and walk around doing as little as possible. Management gets away with it why can’t we?
My loyalty is over. Just got terminated from Macys for not having the integrity to kiss colleagues a-s, and deliver goods to the floor timely. Processing trailers with less than 5 rods on a daily basis with no support from store manager on down the line. How do you not get mad. Fitting room is priority over new goods. If it’s this bad now. Christmas will be a nightmare. Thank god it’s over. I loved the company but the store I was in is in big trouble.
Not loyal at all as they RIF me almost 3 years ago. After giving them almost 19 years me and a lot of people deserved better. Macys needs to take a cold hard look at reality and treat people better
