Just heard there thinks of What you have in there now plus $1,100.00 per year of services. It cost them around $14,000.00 per year to fund one employee in the pension plan

Amen
It seems to me. If they are complaining about the price of the pension. Then the goal is to reduce pension employees. GTE did this in the past where they grandfathered points to certain employees on the cusp. There are already a ton of guys itching to leave. If they gave me 4 points. I’d leave without the $1100. As stated that’s not really an incentive. But getting the he-l out of this dysfunctional place with my money. Now that’s incentive.
Bring back the double ISP offer and you MIGHT be able to get some takers. The $1100 is the pretty standard deal if I remember what's in OH CWA contract. Needs to get a sweetener or no one's going to bite.
I’m sorry but $1100 per year of service seems like a total low ball offer to me. Not very enticing.
Talk to the union, they bargained for the 1100. Or they said yes when the company told them to "take it or leave it" the employees get nothing
How many ISP's have went out? They are targeting only Network Technicians in Indiana.
