This guy needs to go. Nothing but "Yes" people around him. Has people under him that giggle like little kids and nothing gets accomplished. Some of his people do nothing but travel around pushing women in technology and talking about white male privilege instead of leading their teams. More levels of unnecessary leadership than ever. Some still do not have IT budgets. Company did best it ever has and employees get 1%. Worst it has ever been. No professionalism anymore. Biased hiring practices with unposted jobs being filled by some of the worst people because leadership doesn't know any better. Sad to see what NML has become. Issues are all hidden across a public marketing facade.
