Working here used to mean good pay, solid benefits, and proper scheduling. None of those three things are still true, yet I'm expected to work as hard if not harder? Why would I? Give me proper pay, bring back the benefits you took away from us, and honor my days off. Once that's happening again, I'll miraculously rediscover my motivation.

They don't care. They violate California labor laws daily.
It’s good that you’re being honest. Keep in mind they won’t listen unless your idea can benefit them.
