I really hope they know what they are doing, but still, trust in leadership seems almost non-existent? Does anyone here still believes in leadership and trusts that they know what they are doing? I don't think there are many left who do. Some moves and decisions of leadership were unbelievable.

The key is to manufacture consent. That’s all there is and was in the Corporation
Student loans at age 45?! That's cray cray. Why are schools so expensive and not free (paid by taxes) in the us empire like in every other real country?
Right, I'm 45 and i graduated into the recession, just when I was finally getting stable after paying loans for 18 years to pay off school with student loans - bo-m pandemic, recession, bo-m-bad flu/"covid"-can't afford a new car, can't afford a house, can't afford nutritious food, Every time I feel like I'm doing something for myself the rug gets pulled out from underneath me. Why was this "country" such a dumpster fire?
Maybe put on a show with lots of "diversity" theater and robotically yammer about celebrating birthdays, anniverseries, and loving the love of FOR PROFIT stock driven "health" "care".
We need to help get customers the right care at the right time. It's taking that puck and getting into the goal. We need to take it to the next level. It's about being the greatest health care organization we've ever seen.
US propaganda 101, and 98.7% of the tax/debt ridden dolts eat this excremento up
What makes a "leader"?
A yes man.
That's the US empire way. Hire cheap, no employment rights/contracts, work em to the bone, get rid of high performers, then hire cheap or foreign. Make lots and lots of $ for the shareholders off of the sick and infirm. usa, usa! hustlers, hucksters, opportunists
They know exactly what they are doing. Stuff their pockets with as much money as possible. Assign blame for failures to those without power. Fire people that cost too much regardless of how well they do their job; hire cheap offshore replacements. Continue until it's your turn for a layoff, then enjoy that golden parachute. Rinse and repeat somewhere else.
What is a "member"? And do these corporations profiteer off of the sick and the infirm?
They know what they're doing... serving themselves - and they're good at it.
Nothing but lip-service regarding how much they care about their employees. It's all the same old robot corporate lip service and no actual discernible improvement in any facet of the workplace environment.
Why what’s happening?
