Open job count the highest I've seen at ~240. When is Corporate going to see they have a problem, and that it's them?

Open positions are going to go up soon, just lost 5 people from my department. Today was their last day because they all turned in their notice at the same time. It almost felt coordinated for impact but it was not, it's just that they waited to get their bonuses even though they had offers on the table for a long time.
I bet it breaks 300-350 when they post all the jobs that opened up post bonus distribution. Hemorrhaging people the last two weeks at this location.
And that's just what's openly posted so far. There are about 10 people gone or leaving soon at one of the smaller refineries that don't have the jobs posted yet.
It's ok though. They took our 3rd party surveys, analyzed them, and gave us a remarkable video covering everything we didn't ask about. It must be nice leading a company that is doing so well and has a very happy workforce that doesn't have any complaints. No complaints at all. We are all happy. Right guys?
