Needless to say, I think Juniper has the most toxic atmosphere of all the companies I've worked for. But no one to share any tips on how to easily survive this kind of workplace. How to stay calm and professional in this atmosphere? For now, I try to be as invisible as possible, until I find something better.

Toxicity runs and is perpetuated from the top. VP meetings = the new boys club? Seriously, just lucky because the tide floats all boats. There's no innovation. The 800lb gorilla has botched things up so much that anyone who has an alternative is a beneficiary.
