Does anyone know why their are more MST then Red Vest ? If you take half of them you would have more people in departments

Good question, Lowe's would rather pay people to move product from one spot to another just to confuse the customers who in turn need extra red vest help which we defiantly don't have.
As a customer I find the blue polo associates give the best service. The guys in the red vests are always too busy to help me.
It is the team to be on for sure. Better hours, set schedule and they keep growing, unlike the store teams.
Yea its sickening. The money the vendors used to give to Lowes employees as an incentive was stolen and given to pay for free labor. Disgusting scam shell game. Another in a long list of the dismantling and systematic destruction of the American middle class.
Because it takes more blue vest to sc--w in a light bulb than red vest
Blue polos are paid by vendors so are cost free labor for Lowe’s.
