I know some people who have left on their own still read this forum so I hope one of you can answer me. When you quit, was there an exit interview? I'm planning to leave soon as well and frankly, there are so many things that I'd like to say before I leave. Not that I think they'd take anything I have to say to heart, but it'd feel good to get it off my chest.

You think anybody at Citrix cares about what you have to say? Are you kidding me?
Someone wrote "HR is there to protect the company".. it's true, but does anyone think they done a great job? 😂😂
They have not even been able to do the most basic task, which is to keep the company in a good state.
Did you know that Citrix can't find staff to hire... because of the negative reputation they have. Other tech companies should be happy because apparently Citrix has managed to hire the worst managers... absorbing them from elsewhere.
Check the box exercise, not really looking for true insight. Lower level HR person handled my exit and wouldn't have any clue about what I would say. All she did is go through her checklist. What was most interesting is upper levels thinking they knew why I left, assumptions baked in everywhere. No one really asked why. It really does reflect why Citrix is where they are today, thinking they know all the answers.
Keep in mind the HR exit interview team is overwhelmed! They are hiring in mass to handle the influx of attrition. Pray for them that they achieve their prsu bonuses 😂
I felt it was more to address questions, like what to do with equipment, PTO pay, insurance coverage, etc. At some point they ask why I was leaving, which I said it was due to the poor decisions from upper management. Their last question was if I could share where I was going to, for which I decline to provide details. Then a few weeks later you get a survey to provide any addition feedback.
Personally, I would be careful on what you say. Yes, you are leaving but you never know what life throws at you. You may need to come back a few years down to road, so dont burn bridges.
They don’t care. They only listen for anything that might get them sued or get ahead of potential lawsuits in the future. It’s their job to protect the company.
When I left a job previously, (at a much larger company than Citrix,) the exit interview was completely the opposite. They wanted to hear everything I said, and even worked from a questionnaire that explored various angles of the company and my reasons for leaving. Maybe it was a snow job, but I really felt like they wanted to learn something from me, on the way out. Citrix: not so much.

HR told me I would have an exit interview but they couldn't even be bothered to arrange one. They also tried to sc--w me out of vacation, they can't even do basic arithmetic.
they don’t care about what you say. HR wasn’t even writing down what I was saying. Wasn’t rude, just honest things needed to change including middle management and that is why my whole team left. She said she heard that a lot this year and I’m always welcome back. Don’t expect much besides them checking off a box.
