Thread regarding CVS layoffs

The main reason why you left?

(or intend to leave)
Many of my colleagues are leaving because they are dissatisfied with pay, but I intend to give notice soon because I can no longer bear all the favoritism going on.

I left because my hard work was being taken advantage of. I could run a pharmacy and totally clean it up within a week but the budgeted hours and lack of trained/competent talent burnt me out. I was always one tech call out or following a shift of a sh---y floater from having the worst day ever. I would come home exhausted knowing it’s going to be the same set of stress the next day. I literally put out fires my entire time at cvs& when I reached out to upper management for guidance all I got was, “You got this, this will be such a great story one day” LMAO. Yeah, one too many 15 hour days from pharmacists call outs and lack of upper management support. That’s the great story of why I left.
