It is very problematic that different departments here are not working together for the same goal. Sometimes I feel like they are totally separate entities not even belonging to the same company. Why is that so? We used to collaborate very well together.

I for one blame the front line workers of EGD
I’m starting to think that the infrastructure planning guy has jumped ship to asset performance.
That's quite a vague statement concerning a narrow slice of the company (i.e. your place in it). Given that the company crosses many time zones and has 12,000+ people it, perhaps the best you can say is, "The folks adjacent to me aren't working together as well as they used to."
Still not great... but at least the statement is defensible.

Ie: tell me you work in asset Performance without telling me you work in asset Performance.
Disengagement at the leadership level? I’m a rock star and get held back.
