I am currently in the process of looking for a new job. I have applied at 5 companies and all of them got back to me about the application except CVS. I even got 2 interviews. From CVS I didn’t even get a response, like I didn't apply at all.
Kind of strange I think. I was wondering, Is it a regular practice not to get back to the job applicants at all. Is anyone aware of any “special” hiring conditions that are present at CVS and not with other companies. Just curious what put me off the radar.

Take that as an omen, and RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN !!!
Buwhahaha you must be a glutton for punishment or really into BSDM.
Why?
Why in gods green earth would you want to work there? Of all the possibilities, you are pursuing the absolute worst company in the US. If you have not read enough negative stuff here to wake you the f up, Go to Reddit and glass door. Check your ego dude. Just because you didn’t get a call and you think you should have look at it as Devine intervention. An absolute blessing
Depends on position but in my area (Indiana) we have a hiring freeze in pharmacy and front store.
CVS is ineptly run, and it is very likely that they mishandled your job application.
Don't waste your time investigating why CVS dropped the ball with your application. Just avoid working there.
Generally things like this are fairly automated with ATS these days . Perhaps you're missing something in your resume that would match the filtering for the specific positions you're trying. And yes, they could be different for every company, and no, you have no way of knowing what you're missing, though generally it will rely on something in the job description, it isn't guaranteed. At any rate, human eyes may never be seeing your application.
