Senior management's reliance on constant layoffs (many of which are utterly unneeded and have left many teams understaffed) has completely destroyed morale at Citrix. We are laying off people when all companies in our and other industries are struggling to find employees. The worst thing is, we all know more is coming. This is not just destroying morale, it's destroying our mental health. Not that anybody cares. All senior management cares about is enriching themselves.

Okay. Well if you know for a fact other companies are hiring (and struggling to find talent) + need/want your skills, jump ship instead of complaining! Citrix will NOT improve, they are done. No more RSUs, no real incentive.
I left four years ago and life is much better after Citrix.
