Don't wait to be laid off because you think you will get severance. Its not coming. They need every dollar for restructuring since any potential sale or renewal went to 0%.
Plus, you're kidding yourselves if you think customers won't remember names as they scramble for proposals to GTFO after sometimes only one term, or part of one, after realizing how bad it really is. What sort of damage are you doing to your professional reputation by hanging around, just waiting to turn out the lights?
Every single one of you that are still there should be interviewing like crazy. How much more do you need to wake up? Another bankruptcy isn't going to change the trajectory of SGAS. There hasn't been a single leadership team that could get it together in 10 years....and this one is no different (if not worse). You think you are staying for a package as part of a layoff? You are delusional if you think there is any guarantee that you will get one. Plus why keep putting yourself through the misery of all that sh1t?
