Without innovation, I really don’t know where this company is going. I would like something to change for the better, but I doubt that Dell will ever have a noteworthy innovation again. There are many reasons for that but I think the biggest reason is the lack of vision and true leadership.

Dell is tech company led by MBAs not tech experts! It is never supposed to be innovative. just survive and somehow maintain the bottom line..
Dell at present is the 16th most innovative company in the World!

Also they are piloting a program reduce the work week and pay to a 4 day 28 hour week in the Netherlands for the month of April.
