I don't think people in management are incompetent. I think they are more than incompetent and don't even know what they are doing. I wonder how they ever got to those positions in the first place, and more importantly, will BH ever get rid of them?

Well, since the question was asked about how some people got into managment, here's my story:
As a fresh graduate from a menority collage hired into ASPIRE, I wore no pantties and the bosses were always mesmerized to the point of promoting me. Soooo...Here I am today being called BOSS Lady by all you geniuses that were hired from Ivy league schools and suking my hinde tites in desperate attempts to be noticed and promoted.
They will make more money lying than they ever could telling the truth.
