It is disgusting how much the employees are blamed for everything that is happening here. Yes, the company is sinking because we can’t do triple workloads with a smile on our face. (sarcasm) I'm already one foot out the door because I don't want to be part of the "reason" the company isn't doing well anymore. Will the leadership ever accept its share of responsibility for this debacle?

Yes, but they will still continue to cut their employees to make up for their errors and poor judgement. Unfortunately if you hold a top leadership position, your job is not at risk.
