Give me one good reason why you're staying when you're obviously unhappy at best and miserable at worse? I read some of the posts here and I feel sorry for the people who wrote them. Why are you not leaving? Is it a case of Stockholm syndrome? Whatever it is, you need to fight it. Nobody should be that unhappy at work.

Everyone should leave! New hires and all. You just don’t want to be part of this reshuffling of the company unless you like anxiety, tumult and uncertainty.
There is no benefit to staying. The ELT is flat out lying to you (eg “Donna, I got your retention”, “Tony, the jab is safe and effective”, “Bobby C, I read from a script and I pull in $100k a month”)
What about new hires? Should they leave?
Don't be judge mental, some people maybe have not the luxury to quit instantaneously.
