Thread regarding Lenovo layoffs

Lenovo, along with Acer, Asus, and MSI are still operating in Russia

Either Taiwan is getting pressured by China to not pull out their business or these companies simply do not care and prefer profit over bloodshed. The former is more acceptable but there have been other Taiwan companies that have pulled out of Russia, so why can't Lenovo and other mentioned companies?

I work in Lenovo supply chain. I posted the truth. No supply in from very first week. The company keeps open it's entity. The employees are not the regime.

Update: Acer has withdrawn from Russia. The other said companies still have not.

I smell massive boycott from those who are assisting Ukraine. What ethical person wants to support a company that sells technology for a country whose leader is senseless?

Because it's all about the $$$.
Because profits > people.
It doesn't matter who is suffering, as long as management can get their grossly overinflated bonuses and the CCP has another solid revenue stream.
