Cost of living drops? Maybe if you transferred from Rancho Cucamonga to West Virginia.
They keep beating around the bush. Won’t give straight answers on anything and seem to be pulling back on spending.
Business as usual. They don't decrease your salary when the cost of living drops, so don't expect them to increase it when the cost of living increases.
