I don't expect any changes for the better here since I've become convinced for the hundredth time that those at the top absolutely disconnected from their employees. What will this result in? My opinion is - nothing good. I don't believe that they are even interested what the employees of this company think. We are just numbers for them.

How does it feel to be a Hack for RJ, people should voice their opinion on how much of a horrible company RJ is. This brings awareness. You are probably one of the miserable employees of RJ who stayed there too long, and will retire being underpaid. Good luck cause Paul doesn't care about your existence or know of your existence.
The question is, "What are you going to do about it?"
