If you're among the top performers you don't have to worry about being laid off or losing anything. In fact, you'll make out like a bandit. You can say a lot of things about Broadcom, but the company knows how to treat its top talent and how to make sure they want to stay where they are. Start celebrating!

Not if you’re in a supporting function that’s likely to be axed. Plus Top Performer is relative to the org you’re in and probably wildly inconsistent across the company.
How do they identify top performers?
The top talent has left already. And if you haven't yet noticed the boat is almost sunk. Remember when the cow is dry you send it to sl------r. This cow was milked dry by Dell.
I’m seeing a lot of broadcom shills appearing. Who’s paying you guys?
Yeah except they don't really give a rat's a-s about anyone unless you're an engineer.
A top "brown nose" is what you mean ?
What if you are a top performer but not an engineer?
I am guessing your sweeping statement does not apply in this case.
True.
