Look, there is a toxic culture inside Netflix producing pushing qu--r content that most of America has no interest in watching. The app presents choices to children that are completely inappropriate. Until Netflix purges these "woke bros" and focuses on content that parents and families can trust, subscriber count is going to continue to stagnate and fall. Turning that around is how you turn the layoffs around.

Businesses are in business to make money and stay in business.
Once leadership decisions and directions have been decided, it would be beneficial for employees to back those up.
If the time comes when you can't separate your personal opinions and beliefs from the business initiatives coming down, then yeah, it's time to find a new place to work. It's pretty simple and truthful imo.
