Why is Landmark First in a hiring freeze already? I have had several agents from United Healthcare tell me UH is no longer referring anyone to Landmark? What’s happening?

This post started way back.. it all becomes crystal clear why the talk of OptumRX being sold or spin off. It’s obvious it caught Congress attention dated back 2021. Too late now, big fines are coming .. google OptumRX Congress for reality check.

Optum's Rx division is huge. That's like saying some mom and pop restaurant is going to buy McDonald's.

I’m part of a massive layoff at optum going on until 5/2023

you are full of sh-t. no way optum would give up its RX business. You are speaking out of your a-s.

There may be some truth in what Cobra is saying. My understanding Red Ventures isn’t acquiring all of Optum Health, just the RX business and other performance marketing parts of the business and they will merge them with Healthline.

Optum did layoff 2 entire sales departments and multiple others less than 2 weeks ago on the workers compensation side. Big layoff out of nowhere. Work comp Ancillary and settlement solutions departments.

Think boomers are mad because people can make millions doing a dance on tiktok while they had to work back breaking labor jobs making $33/hour. No thanks. Not gonna commute to help the real estate assets of a disgusting corporation.

A hiring freeze isn’t bad. Means your role is safer. Also hiring freeze is common before a quarter end. Optum isn’t firing people. People are leaving because certain parts of Optum are horrible. Meet RX.

Most won't get a dime. Severance? ! This was /is the US empire. They can't feed the poor, but they got endless money for war. Or universal health care. etc..etc..etc...etc..

This has nothing to do with inflation. Optum was acquired by Red Ventures! I hope we get a decent severance.

Flies on ex------t. That's who "works" there. Just ask all the boomers who were dancing, singing, and shouting corporate missionary style statements then were axed, terminated, left. There now at different us empire corporate cesspools making $ off the sick and the infirm.
