Which towns are using borrow out tey people ? I heard Stockton is 300 short on crews .

Bakersfield and Fresno suck! too many mental cases and vagrants around and
me-h addicts around the yards....YUCK and PO-P too!!
I work with guys that just do double the work because they aren’t very bright. They want to help a company that won’t give them a pay raise or a day off. But that’s in the Midwest where people ain’t to bright when it comes to standing up for work place abuses.
Bakersfield needs 50 now.

What does borrowing out pay nowadays? In ‘04 to borrow out to cali it was $13,000 a half plus per diem.
While many if not most areas NEED borrowouts, not many have anyone to send.
