Any advice for anyone who have VMW RSUs to sell? Is it best to sell now?

If it's likely your role will be be terminated, then the $142.50 as part of the acquisition is not an option - right?
Unless it goes above the $143 per share in the acquisition why would you sell?
I would let them convert to Broadcom shares and hold on to them Dividends are paid out each quarter and the dividends keep going up each year.
