Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

I am curious...

Does anyone else have an inner screaming voice suggesting the Wrike acquisition from Vista and their subsequent acquisition of Citrix, inclusive of Wrike, at a heavy discount to recent share price moving averages was part of a single plan?

Does anyone feel like the company isn't preparing itself for a rosy future full of innovation, thought leadership, inspiring our customers and reinvigoration of a dusty brand?

Does anyone feel merit in the analogy of Citrix now being a battery hen, being led to its cage where it will be neglected for years to come and its eggs eagerly collected on a regular basis?

Does anyone wonder why Bobby hasn't made his own superhero cape and worn it proudly to reflect his singular view he is savior to all bad that has occurred within Citrix, ironically under his governance leadership?

I feel sorry for Citrix employees. Most of them gonna get entry level job title with TIBCO. Horrible place to work.

It is very suspicious deal. It should be investigated.

Just search for Vista and tax fraud:

The analogy of Citrix now being a 'battery hen' is an interesting analogy.

The board of directors should be responsible for part of the fraudulent claims that this acquisition was in Citrix employees' and shareholders' best interests. Clearly, it wasn't from the start.

Shareholders have class-action suits to settle their claims. So now, the various lawyers will benefit from all these financial transactions. None of the robbers go to jail. That's American capitalism for you.

Citrix's all-cash purchase of Wrike from Vista was the 14% down payment/cash collateral (minus the brokers' commission) on Vista-Elliott's $16.25B leveraged buyout purchase of Citrix. Congrats to the brokers on both sides of that deal: Elliott and Vista. Commission going in, commission going out, and not using your own money for the deal: American Capitalism at its finest.

And to answer the implied question in your username: no one.
