I got contacted by Qualcomm via LinkedIn and they offered me 40k sign on + 140 base + 80k RSU (5x what is have at intel) + 15 annual bonus for senior engineer hardware. The position is in San Diego. Does offer look good? I’m grade 3 at intel.

If you are currently grade 3 at Intel, that Qualcomm offer is more than double your current total comp. If you don't take it, I will question your intel-ligence.
