Different in the UK (ex-Europe), always guaranteed a payout, and this is handy when you are close to retirement as it's tax-free.

I’ll say it again.. everyone should be trying to work another job and linger at their SG role at the same time. What do you have to lose? Is SG actually going to fire you? Nope. I’ve been collecting 2 salaries for over a year now. I prioritize my gig with IBM over anything SG
