People invest so much energy to show just how much they hate Boeing when that energy could be much better used to look for a new job where you won't feel the need to hate on the company so much. Life is too short to spend at a place you despise and believe is responsible for horrible accidents. Do yourself a favor and leave.

I worked there for 3 years (well almost) and I was already looking for a new job at 2 years. Found one, moved out for WA, and have never been happier.
I come back here to read and never post, but I had to this time.

I do executive coaching for my living (thankfully not at Boeing y'all are a mess I wouldn't stake my reputation on). I always tell the teams I work with that negative feedback is a gift. For every one person giving the feedback, there's ten more thinking it and don't care enough to say it. If your only solution to negative feedback is to tell that person to quit, you're losing an opportunity to make your company more resilient.
Watching that Starliner launch was like watching an old 1960s Apollo launch. Like a 100 people manually looking at data, making decisions and calling go or no go. Almost didn't make orbit again and almost couldn't dock.. Such an obsolete approach compared to the fully autonomous, computer monitored, streamlined and efficient SpaceX approach.
It is criminal that taxpayer money can be spent on this expensive, non-reusable, obsolete launch system that relies on Russian RD180 engines. Somehow I don't think SpaceX is very concerned...except perhaps for the endless Boeing/Government corruption they have had to contend with since they were founded.
Boeing will be forever hated even after they are gone because of their greed that led to loss of life and gross management incompetence that destroyed one of the best companies in the world.
The executives who destroyed the company and were responsible for ki----g so many people deserve way more than hate.
Boeing deserves all the hate they generate because of their incompetence, their gross mismanagement, their greed, their callous disregard for human life, their failure to accept responsibility for their actions etc etc. Boeing is one sl--e ball of an operation.
Boeing is desperate for workers. Don’t be fooled, you aren’t special because you enjoy the abuse. THIS attitude is why management feels completely empowered to treat us badly, because people like you think it’s ok and normal.
