Boeing Turns to Workers, Data to Bolster Safety After Max Crisis

Hilarious and unbelievable! Delaney and Teal were legendary at Boeing for intimidating employees if they suggested anything that would increase project cost or schedule. They even cursed and yelled at you if you mentioned quality or safety was an issue...and then got your name put on layoff list. Delaney and Stoneciper were the primary people who destroyed McDonald Douglas. So yet even more phony news spin to make it appear like Boeing will have a miracle turnaround. Will the Boeing BS never end...

It was obvious when Bo was going to round after round of layoffs that they were targeting people who were outspoken and disagreed with management. They didn’t go after the low performers 1st and said they went after people who were vocal in their disagreement with decisions made by management.

you have a whole culture of yes-man because anyone who was outspoken invoice their concerns got laid off along time ago. Now within this culture of Yes men you created do you want people to speak up?

Just shows this is for marketing and public relations only. Anybody who spend any time working for Boeing knows they do not care about their image in front of the employees.

How does Mike Delaney still have a job at Boeing? He was the chief engineer for the 737 max development program. This is the guy who should’ve been raising the red flag when they decided to move the engine placement Ford change the flight characteristics in compromising it by installing the MCAS system. Then claiming no additional flight training was needed for pilots and that there would not be a need for a second angle of attack probe. If there was one person who dropped the ball on the max who ultimately should have been responsible it’s Delaney. The fact he still has an executive position at Boeing just tells you how bad management is.
