It seems to me that there are more and more of those who stay shorter than planned. I feel miserable because I am one of those who stayed longer than initially planned.

I stayed 16 years. Was it tough, sure. Did I agree with decisions, no. So guess what I did? Just change jobs if you aren’t happy, instead of complain
I thought it would be a 4 - 5 year gig, but I'm closing in on 20.
Mrs. was sick a long time, could not work and I needed the insurance as well as the wages.
I should have taken the severance package when lp was eliminated!! I’ve been miserable ever since!!!
I have 10+ years.. Management is just here to get a paycheck without doing any work. They are useless. Can't get an override or a lock unlocked. The people in my department do their jobs , when we aren't pulled to do someone else's job.. I say because I like the crew we have in our department
I left after 11 years.
I liked working here, had a great team.
I left after 9 years last May and retired. I wanted to stay longer but the company went down hill so fast after Marv took over. Much happier now.
