It's constant unstable changes and miscommunication due to lack of expirenced leadership. It's never ending changing enviornment because it seems like they could never get the right balance on things. It drives the employees and the customers literally crazy.
My point exactly. I think for most this ever changing environment is terribly frustrating? I no longer have any hope that anything will change in that regard.
