My hours have been cut but CVS still has expectations of me working as much as I did before. We are all more than overwhelmed and exhausted, and consequently there is a lot of intolerance among employees as well.
What is the situation at your store like? I sincerely hope there aren’t many stores where the atmosphere is as toxic as the one where I work.

CVS leadership are sociopaths (see @OP+1c0MEkZZ).
Complaining will do nothing. Going on strike will do nothing. Threatening to quit will do nothing. The only winning move is to not enable sociopaths. The only winning move is to quit.
Well I just found out accidentally one of the part-time cashier that has been with us maybe two three months is making $16.50 how the he-l does that happened
Well I work at a hamburger stand and we got laid off because one of the employees kept eating all of the hamburgers 🍔 which forced the owner to lay three people off. If an employee eats all of the merchandise how can we stay employed?
