We've turned into one of the most disorganized companies I can think of. How we're staying afloat is beyond me.

2022 hiring trend...You get kicked out...so you OFFER MORE...and then you'll be rehired as an ADVISOR...look out for these people...Does not matter if you can properly speak, write, etc... for your position.

You have no idea how good you have it, just got hire on from a REALLY fvcked up place. This aint nothing son.
Hiring practice is horrible. People with no technical skills are getting hire more with so called “soft” skills. But they drag the company down because not doing much….
Burning out those that work/produce and make excuses for those that don’t or shuffle them off to another role…HPC culture at its best
While it’s turned into a woke, cr-p ho-e of a company.. we are still making a lot of money. Our flex days, employee recognition etc have been cut, but the company is still very profitable and posting record profits yearly. This is due to the regulated nature of the majority of our businesses. We basically cannot lose money. FP knows 80% of his revenue will be there either way.
Time to get out...
