I’m not sure that I can take it anymore. Lately jut a couple of us in our team are doing practically all of the work while the ones that are in good relations with our manager get to do nothing. What’s even more sad is that the people that do the work most often get to take the blame for anything that goes wrong.
I’ve been here for long enough to say that there were always favorites that got to do less work for the same (or better) pay than others but what I’m seeing lately is a whole new level. When did favoritism become such a big part of everyday work to the degree that people who do the actual work can’t take it anymore.

When I started at Lowes, , I tried to do it all.... Now I do just enough to not get fired.. If I don't finish the task today I will finish tomorrow or the next day
Another reason not to go above and beyond at work. Do what you can, take your breaks and lunches and leave when your shift is over no matter what.
Amen to this below
Favoritism is a huge problem there. With scheduling, promotions, pay, everything. Management is a joke, turnover is high. Raises are just for the kiss as--s. 3 no call shifts you should be fired. Not if you are a favorite! Stealing? Same! Stay away and save your sanity.
Have you ever tried not being that one that "does it all"? Sounds like you gotta real winner of a supvr. He/she will never make the lazies work as long as you're carrying the load. STOP DOING THAT
