The reason most people are still here is not because they want to stay here, but because for some reason they are stuck here in this awful atmosphere. Isn't this company more than lucky because of that, otherwise they would be one of the most understaffed companies?

Where you going to go, Cooper Tire? There are no good jobs to be had in Findlay. That is why entire families are MPC employees. That is why HR hands out books telling employees just be happy you have a job. There really isn’t anything else. Where else will they go, they are a captive audience. They (MPC) have made the mistake of treating SA employees the same way. Jokes on them because there are a lot more opportunities in SA than there ever will be in Findlay. Talent pool is much deeper in Texas.
