Thread regarding Macy's Inc. layoffs

It is worth taking time to polish the resume

I recently left Macy's. I absolutely understand those who write that they are still here mostly because of their laziness to polish their resumes and send out applications. Besides, I thought I wouldn’t be able to get anything better because I don’t have a lot of skills. For these reasons, I stayed here, until one day I literally started crying from all the stress. That’s when I realized it was high time to get my resume ready and at least try to find something new. It turned out to be well worth it! I would encourage all those who are still reluctant to try to find something better for themselves.

You should always keep your resume up to date even if you’re not looking. You never know especially nowadays and in this retail environment. If you sense the ship is sinking start prepping now and don’t wait too long to jump. The Tech side must be doing well as I see more people went back to MTech.
