If you dare disagree with the herd you will be silenced or canceled. The best thing to do is to keep quiet and nod your head affirmatively until you can find a way to get out of here. I can't claim that this is true for all locations, but it sure is true where I'm at (and I'd love to name it but not before I have a way out).

Throw each other under the bus is their motto. It starts from the higher up, regional manager. She talks to store employees like they're peasants. It trickles down to DM. DM will blame others for mistakes. Pretty sure the store is just fine without her. Store never made the goal when she's around, like she's a bad luck or a curse, I guess LOL. High turnover rate at my location. Getting out of there is such a relief. The store went through 3 assistants within a year.
Just don’t get the jab, and you’ll actually be alive in two years. The rest of the cattle, good luck, they need it.
